Stephen Naylor, New Tecumseth’s former Manager of Planning, has been hired as the City of Barrie’s Director of Planning. Mr. Naylor, who started his planning career with the former Town of Alliston, will assume his new post on March 21. He is leaving a similar position with the City of Brantford. He will replace Jim Taylor, who is retiring from the job he’s held since 1987.
