Reinvestment fund parameters under review

Poorly set past precedent has prompted a review of the town’s Community Reinvestment Fund.

Council approved 25 applications under the fund, totalling almost $49,000, during a recent meeting. Among the recipients, the Innisfil Soccer Club and YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka will each get $10,000, while Innisfil Minor Softball earned $6,000. Clements Cemetery Association will receive $5,000, while COPE Service Dogs and Lefroy Skating Club will each get $4,000.
