Innisfil will be spending significantly less on the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority this year.
The LSRCA has asked town council for $288,764 in funding for its 2011 budget, down from $407,661 in 2010. The town gave the conservation authority $145,000 for a hazard mapping project last year, funding that is not required in 2011, said LSRCA CAO Gayle Wood.
