IMPORTANT NOTES
We have been outraged by the actions of those elected to look after the protection of our water and the environment but we have seen too that we can make a difference. Come on March 20th and let’s work together for the protection of our water, land and future generations. Even if you have no time to spare to take on any roles – come and share your ideas and give us encouragement with your attendance!
The home baked goodies will be provided by the same ladies who brought us food while we were at Site 41. Maybe we can’t be at the actual site but we can still be together and doing what we were so good at – taking a stand, welcoming new supporters, working together, sharing ideas, developing plans and enjoying the great food the community made for us!
It is important that you R.S.V.P. as soon as possible so the ladies know know how much to bake and so we can set the room up properly.
In order to expand our efforts and to work towards making positive changes at Simcoe County, it is of extreme importance that we invite residents to this meeting from the municipalities and communities listed below. If you know anyone or have contacts in these areas please invite them to this meeting or if you are connected to any groups please ask them to spread the word through their members. At the same time it is still important that we continue to build on the existing support we have in Midland, Wasaga Beach, Penetanguishene, Tiny, Tay, Springwater, etc. by involving and inviting people from these communities. If you need further information about what to say or how to go about involving others please don’t hesitate to call Letty 705-322-4993.
If you are able to help set up the chairs and tables at 8:30 am March 20th, please call Letty 705-322-4993.
