Our Government “For the People” excluded the People from their Industry Summit in March. This time we will be making our voices heard! Join us to learn more about the proposals being lobbied for by the aggregate industry and the impacts that they would have.

Speakers will include:
Theresa McClenaghan, Executive Director and Counsel from the Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA)Teresa will be providing an overview of the rapidly changing environmental regulatory framework
Ian McLaurin from the Ontario Soils Regulation Task Force (OSRTF)Ian will be speaking to the increasing risk that pit and quarries across Ontario will become the preferred dumping ground for “excess soils”
Franco DiGiovanni Air Quality Expert from the Hemmera Environmental ConsultancyFranco will be discussing the importance of evaluating the quality of technical work done in support of aggregate proposals
