One of the key figures in Collingwood’s judicial inquiry isn’t likely to be able to participate if he doesn’t receive funding from the Town of Collingwood.
This was the message of David O’Connor, representative for Paul Bonwick during a status hearing for the inquiry held on Monday afternoon.
O’Connor said Bonwick’s funding request was denied by Collingwood chief administrative officer Fareed Amin, despite Judge Frank Marrocco recommending funding if Bonwick could provide financial information for himself and his companies: Compenso Communications and Greenleaf Distribution.
