News release from Wasaga Beach

The Town of Wasaga Beach is pleased to announce that Dina Lundy is the municipality’s new director of legislative services and clerk.

“I want to welcome Dina to the Town of Wasaga Beach,” Mayor Brian Smith said. “Dina brings great experience and knowledge with her and I know she will strive to serve our community to the best of her ability.”

Lundy comes to the town from a clerk position with the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio. Prior to working for the township, she spent five years as clerk for the Town of Erin.

“Council and staff look forward to working with Dina and I know that as returning officer in the upcoming municipal election she will provide strong and competent leadership throughout that process,” CAO George Vadeboncoeur said.

Lundy holds a diploma in Municipal Administration and Certified Municipal Officer Designation (CMO) from the Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to join such a progressive municipality and I am excited to be able to serve the community,” Lundy said.
