Six Nations  wildlife manager joins board of aggregate certification group

News release from the Cornerstone Standards Council

The Cornerstone Standards Council (CSC) is pleased to welcome Paul General member of the Seneca Nation – Snipe Clan and Wildlife Manager with Six Nations of the Grand River. Paul has been a Hunter Safety Instructor/Examiner for 35 years, is an active director on four boards and participates on over 30 committees and working groups.

With a diploma in Fine Art and Photography Paul is also a painter and photographer with experience in the fields of botany, biology, archaeology, construction, engineering, forestry and agriculture. He has authoured and co-authoured numerous articles in a variety of publications periodicals and books.

As Wildlife Manager Paul is integral in creating an atmosphere of understanding and tolerance, facilitating educational opportunities, overseeing activities affecting the watershed and projects dealing directly with the community, and actively participating in and encouraging co-operative management regimes within the Grand River Watershed.
