Gather at the Midland Community Gardens to welcome spring and discuss how we can guarantee our right to clean air, water and environments here in Canada. Celebrate the beauty we have in Midland and area! Let us know what you love and want to keep natural in North Simcoe. We’ll take photos and post online, and let our politicians at all levels of government know how we feel. To find the gardens, enter Little Lake Park off King Street, turn left at the first road past the Huronia Museum, and head toward the volleyball courts. Everyone welcome, including children. Hi,
I’ve signed up to host an event for Connect the Blue Dots, a national day of community action for the Blue Dot movement. Would you like to join me? On April 19, people from coast to coast to coast will be taking part in Connect the Blue Dots. Our goal is to connect Blue Dot supporters across the country so that we demonstrate to all levels of government that this is a movement that can’t be ignored. To read more about the campaign, visit: bluedot.ca Who: Everyone welcome! When: Sunday, April 19 at 1 pm until 3 pm Where: Events are taking place in towns and cities across Canada.  P.S. The Blue Dot Movement – a project of the David Suzuki Foundation – is made up of tens of thousands of Canadians who believe in the simple, yet powerful, idea that all people in Canada deserve the right to live in a healthy environment — the right to breathe fresh air, drink clean water, eat safe food and have a say in the decisions that affect their health and well-being. To learn more, visit bluedot.ca
P.P.S. Please distribute this far and wide to reach as many people as possible by Sunday! See you there!!
