PRICE: Free Admission, All Welcome
On Thursday May 29th, 2014, the Greater Barrie Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Rogers Television and other local media, will be hosting a Candidates Debate for the upcoming Provincial election. This event will be held in Barrie City Hall Council Chambers from 6:00pm – 8:00pm and will be televised on Rogers. All candidates registered at this time have been invited and agreed to participate. Please note, for safety reasons, signs and props will not be allowed inside the Council Chambers.
We need your help to make sure that this debate is of interest to our members and Barrie residents, covering topics that are relevant and useful. If you have any questions that you would like asked of these candidates during the debate, please write them out clearly and bring them with you for the audience questions portion of the event.
This is YOUR opportunity to find out each candidate’s position on various issues.
