UPDATE: Deadline for comment for Endangered Species Act has been extended to January 25.
Currently posted on the EBR registry — with public comment closing January 21 for the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act and the Public Lands Act work permits, and January 18 for the Parks and Conservation Reserves Act –are important changes to:

Note 1: Property owners already have exemptions to deal with wildlife causing damage.
Note 2: These changes do not have to be approved in the Legislature. Because they are changes to regulations, they can be approved by Cabinet alone.
