Re: Oro-Medonte MOU a mediation success story (Letter to the editor, Jan. 4)

I read with interest and concern Mr. John Connor’s explanation of the bureaucratic process and legalities around mediation. I am sure he is probably correct in his interpretation. However, with a little further homework on his part, he would have discovered that the information that is now being requested was originally submitted as part of an appeal process to the Mining and Lands Commissioner (MLC).
