An open letter to Mayor Harry Hughes and Oro-Medonte Township council

After attending the June 22 council meeting, I was extremely disappointed that Item 13-C was not unanimously and vigorously supported by council.

Deputy Mayor Ralph Hough made the comment that he felt that the idea that “all'” goods sold in Ontario should be completely recyclable or compostable was not achievable and felt that the word “all” should be left out.
