I will lead a council that is more accessible, responsive, and collaborative; revisit the most contentious issues from this term such as Midland Bay Landing development plans, the paid parking implementation, service delivery costs, cost recovery strategies and urge council to place emphasis on managing our spending versus revenue generation.
