While governments and communities struggle to make this a reality, in this webinar, Norman A. Wapachee, Deputy Grand Chief of the Cree Nation, will share the story of one of the largest Indigenous-led conservation initiatives on earth. Join us to learn how the Cree Nation in northern Quebec is protecting and restoring their culture and the biodiversity within their territory of about 450,000 km2, and their efforts to give the land a voice.
