Residents in Penetanguishene and Tiny Township will now be able to participate in council meetings electronically.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny and Tay councils are all holding regular meetings electronically over the teleconferencing platform Zoom.

Tiny and Penetanguishene have both released updated protocols that allow residents to make virtual deputations to council.

Midland and Tay are still working on adapting their own protocols, but plan to have similar procedures in place soon.

In Tiny, residents are able to make scheduled video deputations to council over Zoom, or call in and address council over the phone.
