Collingwood chamber holding candidate meetings

The Collingwood Chamber of Commerce will be hosting two separate meet-the-candidates events at the Royal Canadian Legion for the municipal election.

The first takes place on Sept. 12 and will feature the candidates for mayor and deputy mayor. The second takes place on Sept. 25 and will feature the council candidates. Both events are at 7 p.m.

The chamber is looking for questions from all businesses owners, employees, and residents of the community to pose to the candidates.

Candidates will have time to make their opening comment and they will be asked questions. The number of questions asked will depend on time.

The Town of Collingwood will have a booth at both events for anyone that has questions about the voting process.
