I was born in Timmins and went to College Boreal for Social Work. I’ve spent time with women’s shelters, community development organizations, not-for-profits, and I am currently with an international support agency.
I manage a team of volunteers who respond to disasters that displace people from their homes. We regularly collaborate with municipalities on decision-making, strategies and action plans. I’m extremely comfortable and familiar with the importance and role of local government.
