Is Doug White for the environment?
No. The fact is, Doug White voted in favour of dump site 41 every time it came up in a vote.
In the end, there were three polluters left standing in the garbage; they were Doug White, Dennis Roughly and someone from another town.
So to anyone who cares about the environment and clean water, voting for either of these two would be contradicting your beliefs.
Does Mr. White think for our town?
Not sure on this one.
I only see council hiring consultants and lawyers for a downtown revitalization study that was a complete waste of money.
It was only about how to develop more, not to fix up our downtown.
Let’s not forget the downtown parking study.
Really, are we that lazy of a town that we need to hire someone to count parking spots?
I can’t think of the other studies right now and don’t want tMaybe I should hire a consultant to do it for me.
Does Mr. White care about our seniors?
Well, let’s see: Mr. White and council let the banks move out of downtown.
Thank you, Royal Bank, for making two locations in town; may you prosper from it.
To the senior citizens who bank with the others and have no mode of transportation, life just got more difficult and expensive.
Mr. White is singing another tune on public transportation now, but it’s just another consultant we need to hire.
Really, can’t you and council think for yourselves?
We have extremely high property taxes and they’re only going one way and that’s through the roof.
This makes it especially hard on seniors and people with disabilities, some of whom are on fixed incomes.
Paying more for property taxes every year takes food off their tables and that is absolutely disgusting.
We pay too much for taxes and you are spending money like it grows on trees.
Wake up, Bradford; we cannot afford four more years of Mr. White’s rule.
