Desperate Tiny Township cottagers to IJC chair: Not too proud to beg
IJC Canadian Chair Pierre Béland
to Pierre Béland, Canadian Chair of the International Joint Committee
Dear Chairman Béland,
We are sending this email in desperation. We are not too proud to beg.
We need some immediate relief. We are at a point where every inch of water makes a difference.
The wide spread devastation of the environment, tourist economy, and personal property on Lake Huron/Michigan is incredible.
We attach our personal impact letter and thoughts on possible actions. (the IJC Water Level Recommendations summary is attached as well)
We can only pray that some mercy will be shown and some of the IJC action plans will be enacted in conjunction with federal/provincial governments and OPG.
Best regards
From Frank and Mary Beth Dunnigan
