The proposed expansion of a Tiny Township gravel pit will be going in front of the Ontario Municipal Board.

Dufferin Aggregates, a division of CRH Canada, which owns and operates the Teedon Pit at 40 Darby Road in Tiny Township, is trying to expand their operation northward.

According to a letter sent to Tiny Township from the lawyers representing CRH Canada, the appeal is due to the township dragging its heels in the decision-making process.
