Please provide your responses to these very valid Ramara Township concerns so our Concerned Citizens of Ramara members can appropriately evaluate your position on these matters.

-What changes would you recommend as part of the Official Plan Review for Ramara Township, and what do you consider as appropriate “recreational” activities in rural zoned parts of Ramara Township?

-What is your understanding of the large-scale soil dumping activities taking place in Ramara Town- ship? What do you suggest Ramara Township should be doing to stop further large-scale soil dumping standard truckloads of soil)?

-How do you suggest the protective measures of Ramara Township, Bylaw 2012.70, A BYLAW TO PROHIBIT OR REGULATE THE PLACING OR DUMPING OF FILL IN THE TOWNSHIP OF RA- MARA should be applied and enforced?

-The Lake Simcoe Protection Act is up for review next year. What changes would you urge Council to put forward and what policies would you recommend keeping?

-Are you aware of the minimal analysis (1 to 3 samples analyzed at the source sites representing thousands of cubic metres of soil dumped) that has taken place on the soils dumped at the known large-scale soil dumping sites in Ramara Township? Describe what you suggest must be done to comply with the necessary analysis requirements as specified in Ramara Township Bylaw 2012.70 and the Ramara Township Application for a Permit to Place or Dump Fill, Bylaw 2012.70 at the known large-scale soil dumping sites.

-The Ramara Township Bylaw 2012.70 and the Ramara Township Application for a Permit to Place or Dump Fill, Bylaw 2012.70 both refer to the need to have a third-party Qualified Person as de- fined within Ontario Regulation 153/04. Do you agree with the need to comply with Ramara Town- ship Bylaw 2012.70, where a third-party Qualified Person has been specified and what is your understanding of the responsibilities of the Qualified Person? In your opinion has a Qualified Per- son been designated and involved in any of the known large-scale soil dumping sites in Ramara Township?

-In your opinion is Ramara Township council aware of the large-scale soil dumping in Ramara Town- ship and what in your opinion should the Ramara Township council members be doing to ensure the protective measures of Ramara Township Bylaw 2012.70 and the Ramara Township Application for a Permit to Place or Dump Fill, Bylaw 2012.70 are fulfilled?
