As a councillor I have fought to instil a new sense of fiscal responsibility, to contain cost and tax growth and to focus on economic development. I pushed for greater co-operation between the Townships and helped to create and secure financing for the Economic Development Corporation of North Simcoe. I have fought budget battles helping to reduce waste and inefficiencies while preserving the services that make our town work.
