I most certainly agree with you regarding condos on the beach front. I do not think that this will attract more people to visit Wasaga and actually allows only a few to have the privilege of being able to afford this type of residence. To attract more tourists and visitors i know that most parents today want to have their children experience educational culture like museums and Wasaga Beach does have an opportunity to have an Aboriginal learning centre for tourists and residents. (Talks, stories, exhibits etc) I am fairly new to this area and do not think there is such a centre here but having visited Moosonee many years ago know it was a wonderful experience.
I know that such ideas were presented at previous meetings but I don’t think there has been any outcome . High School and After hours Clinics I believe are in process..
