Sunday February 12: Hot chilli in the Freele forest
from the Friends of Simcoe Forests
It’s the last day of January and we’re only a few days away from Groundhog Day. While a number of you are wishing for an early spring, there are many snowmobilers and other outdoor enthusiasts that want as much time as possible to play in the snow before it melts.
We all greatly appreciate the magnitude of recreational opportunities available to us through the use of our County Forest Tracts. For those of you that embrace winter to its fullest, this is our way of showing how much we respect your passion for the cold, snowy, great outdoors. Please share this with others and we hope you’ll come by to say “hey” and have a bowl of chilli.
