We at AWARE Simcoe are deeply saddened by the death of Stephan Kramp. He was a friend and ally on the local political scene, a very effective Deputy Mayor and County Councillor who was not afraid to question the status quo. He did his research and presented strong arguments on many different topics. He was especially effective at County Council in addressing environmental issues like waste management. Stephan will be sorely missed. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends.

Stephan was a very kind and generous man who loved his fellow Midlanders. His passion for believing what was right and thinking “outside the box” mentality is inspirational to all of us. We will cherish the good times and fond memories.
