On this walk we will learn about the important ecological role the Minesing Wetlands play, their interconnection with Willow Creek, and how the proposed development may impact them. It’s projected that to service both existing and planned development, the town will dump, at peak, over 30,000 cubic meters of wastewater a day into Willow Creek, running downstream into the Minesing Wetlands and on to Wasaga Bay.

Come prepared with boots or sturdy shoes!
