Deputy-Mayor George Lawrence chaired the meeting. Mayor Ray Millar and Councillor Andre Claire were absent.
Deputy-Mayor George Lawrence brought forward a discussion on the $9,000 that the township payed for the
clean up of the dead fish along the shore line last fall. A letter will be sent out, by staff, to the Ministry of
Natural Resources to try to recover some of this.
Councillor Warren would like to see no parking signs on both sides of Balm Beach Road from Lesperance’s garage
to County Road Six. He does not want to see any parking on the bike path. He would also, like to see the speed
limit reduced from sixty to fifty in this same area.
A request was made by Bell Mobility to install a Telecomunications tower on Concession 14 W to improve cell
phone reception in the Tiny Beaches Road area.
There will be a Septage meeting on Saturday April 21, 2012 in the Township Of Tiny council chambers.
