UPDATE: Clearview resident suing WPD, farm owner

STAYNER – Sylvia Wiggins, a Clearview Township resident, is suing WPD Canada, the company that wants to erect eight wind turbines on land just west of Stayner.
Wiggins is also suing Beattie Brothers Farms Limited, owners of the farmland on which the turbines would be situated.
