Dufferin-Caledon MP David Tilson has taken the anti-quarry fight to a new level by taking his concerns about its effect on the Great Lakes to the International Joint Commission (IJC), a body established by the 1909 Boundary Waters Treaty as steward of waters shared by Canada and the U.S.
