Admiral ‘separation’ goes through

COLLINGWOOD — The developer of a residential and commercial project in the heart of the downtown says he wants to “launch as fast as possible.”
On Monday night, councillors approved a ‘separation’ of the site development agreement for the Admiral Collingwood Place and Admiral’s Village projects; while under the control of two developers — represented by Steve Assaff and Scott Strandholt — the project had gone before the town as one package.
