October 2 2010 — AWARE Barrie invited all the city’s mayoralty candidates to be interviewed on video. Harry Ahmed, Carl Hauck and Jeff Lehman responded right away. Interviews with some others are scheduled. In the meantime, the first three Barrie mayoralty interviews can be accessed at this link. Candidates from Barrie and several other municipalities have responded to questionnaires sent out by AWARE affiliates. Some municipal groups have posted the answers of those candidates who responded, others are still engaged in the process. Check the candidate/questionnaire button on this website to see where candidates stand on issues that AWARE considers important, and how they have outlined their prorities.
